Phenix Sport (as defined in article 1 below), operating under the brand name NOLT, offers sporting goods for sale on its website www.wearenolt.com.

In order to offer, sell and deliver its products, Phenix Sport collects personal data from users of its website.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the means used to collect, consult, process and store users' personal data.

Phenix Sport, as data controller, undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data.

The customer is informed that certain data must be collected by Phenix Sport in order to be able to carry out its services. If the customer does not wish to communicate this data, Phenix Sport will not be able to carry out its services.

1. The data controller

The data controller, who collects the personal data and implements the data processing, is:

2. Collection of personal data

Phenix Sport collects personal data from users on the www.wearenolt.com website .

The personal data likely to be collected is as follows:
- user account data: i.e. data that the User enters when creating an account by filling in the registration form (first name, last name, billing and delivery postal addresses, e-mail address, cell phone number, password for connection to the customer account);
- user personal data when the User enters it in his/her customer account: date of birth, clothing and footwear size;
- transaction data: refers to data that the User provides when making purchases, such as information relating to orders and returns, including telephone number, address, e-mail address and payment details;
- exchanges with customer service;
- browsing data: refers to data that the Publisher collects during the User's browsing of the Site and Applications, including date and time of connection and/or browsing, browser type, browser language, IP address, location and geolocation data.

Payment details (credit card number, expiry date, authorization number, security code) are collected directly by our online payment service providers.

Third-party providers of applications, tools, gadgets and plug-ins on our website and mobile application, as well as the networks on which we publish editorial and promotional content (such as Facebook and Instagram) may also use automated, interest- and context-related means to collect user data (interactions with features and profiling of online activity). This data is collected directly by these service providers and/or third parties and is subject to their policies. 5. Users' rights to their personal data

In accordance with Articles 14 to 22 of Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, any natural person using the NOLT website has the right to exercise the following rights:

   - A right of access, rectification and deletion of the data collected,
- A right to object to the processing of his/her data
- A right to the limitation of the processing,
- A right to the portability of the data collected
- May formulate directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of his/her personal data after his/her death in accordance with article 40-1 of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978.

Finally, if Phenix Sport detects a violation of personal data likely to generate a high risk for the rights and freedoms of its users, it undertakes to inform the users concerned as soon as possible.

6. Data retention period

User data will not be kept longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes set out herein, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In this respect, data used for prospecting purposes may be kept for a maximum of 3 years from the closure of the user's account or from the last contact with the prospect concerned. The user's data is deleted when the retention periods expire. However, data may be archived for longer periods for the purposes of researching, establishing and prosecuting criminal offences, with the sole aim of making such data available to the judicial authorities where necessary.

Archiving means that this data will be anonymized and will no longer be available online, but will be extracted and stored on an autonomous, secure medium.

7. Security measures for personal data collected

In its capacity as data controller, Phenix Sport undertakes to take all necessary precautions to protect the security and confidentiality of data and, in particular, to prevent it from being altered, distorted or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

Payment for purchases on the website and mobile application is made either via Paypal, or via the secure platform of our payment service provider PAYPLUG.

Phenix Sport does not have access to customer payment data.

However, the user can choose to save his payment card data in his customer account. This data is not stored by Phenix Sport, but by PAYPLUG and/or Paypal. The user may modify or delete these bank details at any time by logging on to his customer account.
