Phenix Sport (as defined in article 1 below), operating under the brand name NOLT, offers sporting goods for sale on its website www.wearenolt.com.

In order to offer, sell and deliver its products, Phenix Sport collects personal data from users of its website.

Phenix Sport collects personal data from users on the www.wearenolt.com website .

The personal data likely to be collected is as follows:
- user account data: i.e. data that the User enters when creating an account by filling in the registration form (first name, last name, billing and delivery postal addresses, e-mail address, cell phone number, password for connection to the customer account);
- user personal data when the User enters it in his/her customer account: date of birth, clothing and footwear size;
- transaction data: refers to data that the User provides when making purchases, such as information relating to orders and returns, including telephone number, address, e-mail address and payment details;
- exchanges with customer service;

5. Users' rights to their personal data

6. Data retention period

User data will not be kept longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes set out herein, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The user's data is deleted when the retention periods expire. However, data may be archived for longer periods for the purposes of researching, establishing and prosecuting criminal offences, with the sole aim of making such data available to the judicial authorities where necessary.
